Our clients are important to us, and we wanted to join in the christmas gift giving fun and surprise them with a Salt Foundry original. We sent out tri blend tees and crewneck sweatshirts to clients and those who support and promote our business. The apparel was printed with our signature Hammer & Needle print.

How it was made.

TEES – We wanted to make the best quality gift we knew how so we started with one of the most popular tees out there, the American Apparel Tri blend or track tee shirt. We chose light gray with a black print as it is unassuming and goes with everything.

CREWNECKS – The crew-neck sweatshirts were sewn by Alternative Apparel, it is their Champ Crewneck. We chose these because they are also a tri blend and keep their soft broken in feel forever. Not to mention both of these pieces fit perfect, no boxy fit here only comfortable and slimming.

PACKAGING – The packaging was dreamed up to be reminiscent of yesteryear with the white and red food twine to the butcher paper. We wanted it to feel like you just got something hand made and packaged from some sort of bespoke workshop. Each piece was wrapped in a Christmas card with the kitchen string then wrapped in brown kraft or butcher paper (we decided to go all out and get the 900 ft. roll off Amazon). We printed on Martha Stewart labels (from Staples) for the addresses and hand wrote our return address with a Sharpie.

CARDS – The cards are from moo.com which does a great job at printing unique business cards, one of their features is an option to get a different image on the back of each card, we love this feature.
